Good day sir Joe Arcaya Jr…thanks for the interest…actually nasa preparaion stage pa lang ang project and I am preparing para sa budget..I will be personally managing/supervising the project kasi sa anak ko ito..ang obstacle ko lang is yung roofing using steel trusses na gusto kong ipa-package deal na fabrication/erection works sana..other works I will take charge kasi we are on a limited budget..I am here in Doha, Qatar and ako rin ang gumagawa ng plano..maybe I will start the project end of this year or early next year pagbakasyon ko. hope you could provide a rule of thumb unit price (per kg or mton) for light and heavy structural steel since, i believe, there is productivity rate for said item/s. we have 55,000/mton (vat inclusive) as our working figure. maybe, you could provide a more realistic price. thank you and more power.
